Cape May-Lewes Ferry on a Windy November Afternoon

November 15, 2017

Practicing some orbit moves and fly-bys around the Cape May-Lewes Ferry in some relatively stiff winds. The Inspire 2 handled it like it a pro and had enough punch to power through some gusty conditions.

Flying in strong winds over the water isn’t ideal (25ish-mph right off the bay), but I’ve been itching to get some stick time in. Spotlight pro worked amazingly well when it stayed locked on and the post processing work on the d-log footage is mind blowing using proxies. I’m kicking myself for not shooting more scenes with it in the past.
