Nor’easter: 3 October 2015

October 4, 2015

A quick and dirty compilation of some footage I captured during the Nor’easter that nailed Delaware on October 3rd. Shot and edited in 4k, so if you’re on a capable display be sure to hit the gear icon in the lower right and select “Quality: 2160p”

Also, just for anyone wondering… the original audio in the video above was removed and replaced with some generic wave sounds and the twinkly music. The wind was absolutely howling all day (NWS says gusts around 50mph). It was so strong that I had a hard time standing in one spot, much less holding a camera – and an unweighted tripod would’ve blown right over. Here’s some video from my iPhone of what it actually sounded like (you may want to turn down your volume before hitting play)
